Free Market Wildlife uses Google or email sign-in to identify your account and show the workspaces assigned to you. Questions or requests about your account can be sent to FreeMarketWildlife@gmail.com.

Google sign-in and account data

When you sign in, the website receives your Google account identifier and verified email address. It stores those details, workspace access assignments, and sign-in session records in Cloudflare D1. The owner can view and manage workspace assignments. Ordinary website sign-in requests only your identity and email address; it does not request access to your Google Drive files, Gmail, Calendar, or private YouTube statistics. Your Google password stays with Google.

Email sign-in

If you choose email sign-in, Resend delivers a one-time code to the address you enter. Resend processes that address and the sign-in email to provide delivery. Codes expire after 10 minutes, work once in the requesting browser, and allow at most five verification attempts. Cloudflare D1 stores hashed verification data and temporary send-limit records; expired records are removed during later requests. Verifying an email can sign you in to an existing account with that email. Workspace access still requires an owner assignment. The site owner signs in through Google.

Sessions and service providers

The website uses secure browser cookies to maintain your session and protect the sign-in process. Website sessions expire after 24 hours; signing out invalidates the current session. Expired session records are cleaned up during subsequent successful sign-ins. Google handles identity verification. Cloudflare hosts the website backend and account database, and GitHub Pages supplies public website and statistics assets. These providers process technical request information to operate and secure their services.

Uploaded workspace photos

When photo uploads are available, photos you choose to upload, their filenames, and file sizes are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. People with access to the same workspace, including the owner, can view and save the originals. Uploads do not connect to Google Drive. Original files may contain camera or location metadata; remove any metadata you do not want to share before uploading. Uploaded photos remain until the owner removes them; contact the email address above to request removal.

Notes stored in your browser

Existing journals, sermon notes, plans, and content ideas remain in the browser where you saved them. Signing in does not upload them or make them available to other workspace members. Browser backup imports are processed locally. Export a backup before clearing browser storage or moving devices.

Build a Business

The business adventure saves your selections, chosen business, name, draft message, and submission reference in this browser for up to 30 days. Nothing from the adventure is submitted until you verify your account, agree to share your plan, and press “Send my business plan.” Use Start over to clear the saved adventure on this device. Signing out does not erase the saved adventure.

When you submit, your name, verified email, skills, interests, three business recommendations, chosen business, message, and submission time are stored privately in Cloudflare D1. The site owner can view these inquiries and receives a notification containing your details through Resend. If delivery fails, the system retries; inquiries remain available to the owner in the private inbox. These records remain until the owner removes them. Contact the address above to request access or deletion.

If a Calendly booking calendar is available, it loads after submission and communicates directly with Calendly. Scheduling information you provide is processed by Calendly, and by Zoom when configured for the meeting. Booking a meeting is optional.

Retention and removal

Account identifiers, email addresses, and workspace assignments remain until the owner removes them. Contact the email address above to request access to or removal of your stored account information. Signing out or disconnecting Google does not itself delete stored account information. Browser-local notes can be removed using the relevant workspace controls or by clearing this website’s browser storage; keep a backup first if you want to preserve them.
